As we write, the cast iron balustrade is being installed on the terrace of the Centre of Light, which brings to completion a phase that began last fall. This means we can already have gatherings on the deck, with beautiful views over the Mandala Garden, the forests and snow-capped Tatra Mountains. It feels as if a milestone has been reached.
