New Publications of Shree Vasant’s Teachings

Ed.

Sarvajit Paranjpe, grandson of Shree Vasant Paranjpe, has recently published two booklets of Shree Vasant’s teachings.

Inner Witness is described as:
“Our inner witness, that is our subject today. Who is this He who resides within? What happens to this He all the time? If He resides within, why all this misery in life?

“Mind is a tiger, a roaring tiger. The mind is like a monkey; not only a monkey, but an intoxicated monkey; not only an intoxicated monkey but one which has just been bitten by a scorpion. Mind is like that all the time. So, all these forages of the mind have to be reduced; they have to be stopped. Even if they are reduced then there are some chances of happiness. You can never experience the witness within unless these jumping’s of the mind like a monkey are reduced. When you do this, you start getting glimpses of joy.”

The Work Must Go On is described as:
“When a Guru or spiritual leader leaves their physical body, it can be challenging for their disciples. However, it is important to remember that the teachings and values that the Guru embodied must continue to guide and inspire us. In this context, the phrase ‘Work Must Go On’ takes on a deeper meaning, as it reminds us that the work of the Guru, which is to spread wisdom, love, and compassion, must continue even in their absence.

“By embodying the teachings and values of the Guru, deepening our spiritual practice, and contributing to the growth and evolution of the spiritual community, we can honour the legacy of the Guru and ensure that their work continues to inspire and transform lives.

“Parama Sadguru left His mortal coil on 6th December 1987. After a few months, Shree Vasant was on a USA tour. During this, He visited Parama Dham, Madison, and gave this message to a group of devotees on April 8, 1988.”

Our thanks to Sarvajit Paranjpe for making these teachings available. Both publications are available from Amazon.com.
